![]() Any decent i5 processor would probably do the trick as well, although a 4 core one (I think there are some 4 core laptop i5 processors now?) will have a lower total CPU load. I have the 3GB 1060 version and it's all you really need and then some. ![]() NVidia 1050 is a good starting point as well. No reason to spend any sum of money on a computer just to have it run poorly and burn itself up. You want to make sure you get one with a good cooling system built into it, otherwise you may run into overheating problems / shorter computer life / random shutdowns to preserve the machine. ![]() I have a very similar laptop to what ErixonStone does and it runs the game very nicely. ![]() I second that in order for the game to run smoothly and quickly on PC (aside from LiDAR stuff and collab / file sharing, the main reason for designing on a PC is that it should be faster than it is on console) you need to get a pretty decent computer.
